Embroidery Deduper

I'd like to introduce you to Clay....he is the creator of the embroidery deduper.  He is going to explain what it is and what it does..  Clay over to you.

Hi Everyone,

I'm Clay, the developer of the Embroidery Deduper software.  After selecting your embroidery folder(s) and setting your preferences, the Embroidery Deduper helps you clean up your embroidery design collection by doing several things for you:

1.)  It automatically detects and removes duplicate files.  It will identify exact duplicates even if the filenames are different.  It allows you to keep duplicates across category folders. so if you want your lace ornament design in the "lace" folder and the "Christmas" folder you can do that.

2.)  It automatically keeps your most preferred embroidery file format for each design and eliminates the less preferred formats.

3.)  It automatically unzips your zip files (it also supports RAR files).  It even handles nested archives of unlimited depth.  You can have your Zip and RAR files saved to another location, such as a portable hard drive, keeping your file and the zips in separate locations as a safety precaution in case of computer failure.

Preference settings such as Duplicate Detection Level, duplicate preservation, quarantine location and preferred format settings are fully customizable and can be saved as defaults or on a per-project basis.

It's fast!  The Embroidery Deduper can process thousands of files in a matter of seconds.  Speeds exceeding 200 files per second are not uncommon, depending on your computer system configuration.

It's affordable!  The Embroidery Deduper is only $39.95 USD for a single computer license.  To purchase or to find more information, please visit us at http://www.gransworkroom.com/software.php .

Thanks and have a great day!

Clay
