mu pot is really big. a neighbor gave it to me when we lived in NY. I love it as its great for sauce and cooking pumpkins. after the pot is filled with pumpkin , water is added to cover with a bit of salt. dogs like a little salt in their food. then put it on the stove and let it boil away. when the pumpkin is fork tender from the rind side then dump it in the sink to cool.
